Sherry Flip

• Sherry1½ oz cream
• Light cream2 tsp
• Powdered sugar1 tsp
• Egg1 whole
• NutmegTo taste

Instructions

   Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.

   Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
