Vermouth Cassis

• Dry Vermouth1½ oz
• Creme de Cassis¾ oz
• Carbonated waterTo taste

Instructions

   Stir vermouth and creme de cassis in a highball glass with ice cubes.

   Fill with carbonated water, stir again, and serve.
