Dark Caipirinha

• demerara Sugar2 tsp
• Lime1
• Cachaca2½ oz

Instructions

   Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass.

   Fill the glass with ice cubes.

   Pour the cachaca into the glass.

   Stir well.
